Mendi Hill Estates:

Mendi Hill Estates has been running for 4 years. After acquiring the land in 2005, the farm was brought to life. Mendi Hill Estates is self-sustaining with the vast majority of machinery and systems (i.e. water filtration, tomato processing equipment and drip irrigation) designed and built on site by hand, often with reclaimed materials.

 

Philosophy:

Our philosophy is simple: aptitude and teamwork. We care about our product and take pride in cultivating the best fresh and sundried tomatos in this part of the world.
